Bake for Cause is a one-day cake competition and community fundraiser. Bakers compete, neighbours taste and judge, and every rupee raised goes to Al-Khidmat Foundation's flood relief operations — donated in the names of our three winners.

The cause
Flooding takes everything at once.
When the water comes, families lose the house, the harvest and the year's income in a single night. What follows is slower and harder to see: months in temporary shelter, children out of school, and the long work of rebuilding with nothing left to rebuild from.
Relief work needs money that arrives quickly and without conditions. That is what this event is for. We are a small fundraiser doing one thing well — turning an afternoon of baking into a direct contribution to the people doing the work on the ground.
Every rupee collected from entries is pooled into a single fund and given to Al-Khidmat Foundation's flood relief wing, one of Pakistan's largest and longest-running relief networks.

The competition
Three winners. One donation in their names.
There is no cash prize, and that is the point. What a winner takes home is a donation made in their name to families rebuilding after the floods.
Who can compete
Anyone entering on the PKR 1,000 tier, with a cake baked and brought by them on the day.

TK — judging criteria (taste, decoration, presentation?) and who the judges are
What winners receive
The collective fund is donated to Al-Khidmat Foundation's flood relief operations in the names of all three winners.

Questions
Before you book
Do I have to bring a cake?
Only on the PKR 1,000 tier — that entry exists so bakers can compete, and the cake is what you bring instead of a higher ticket price. General Admission and Workshop Entry guests bring nothing at all.
Why is the cake tier cheaper than general admission?
Because entrants are contributing a cake to the event. Guests on the PKR 2,500 tier are paying for the afternoon itself — the tasting, the judging and the ceremony — without having to bake.
Can workshop guests enter the competition?
TK — decide and confirm. If yes, say whether they compete with the cake they decorate in the workshop.
How do I pay?
TK — payment method: bank transfer, Easypaisa/JazzCash, cash on the day, or an online form
Where exactly does the money go?
Into one collective fund, which is donated to Al-Khidmat Foundation's flood relief wing for Pakistani flood victims, in the names of the three competition winners. Bake for Cause keeps none of it.
